SELECTBOARD MINUTES CLERK

The Town of Wheelock Selectboard seeks a clerk to take minutes of Selectboard meetings starting immediately. The Selectboard meets twice monthly October through April (1^st and 3^rd Tuesdays, 6pm) and from May through September (3^rd Tuesdays, 6pm). Candidate should attend regular and any special meetings in person and have the skills to record meetings and produce minutes that record items discussed, by whom and ay action item (votes). Draft minutes are due within 5 calendar days of the meeting. Pay is $100 per meeting and meetings typically last from 1.5 to 2.5 hours.
