NVDA Regional Plan Approved

On October 15, 2026, the NVDA board passed a motion to approve a new regional plan (which influences our town plan).  The board also passed a resolutionregarding continuing work on refining that plan. There is a statutory deadline of 12/31/26 to complete it—that is to have a plan approved by the LURB, Land Use Review Board.
